About
Data Analyst for B2B commercial teams. I turn messy operational data into clean reporting and AI workflows that drive real decisions.
## How I got here
I moved from operations and marketing into data analytics because I kept hitting the same wall. Every team I worked on was drowning in spreadsheets, the tools were disconnected, and nobody trusted the numbers. I learned SQL, Python, and Power BI to fix that for my own work. I liked it more than the work I was originally hired for, so I made it the thing I do.
Today I build the data and AI infrastructure that lets commercial teams trust their reporting and make better decisions.
## What I do
I work freelance with B2B SMBs whose commercial data lives across too many tools. CRM, finance, ops, marketing, spreadsheets that don't talk to each other.
Every engagement starts with a **free Data Audit**. One to two weeks of looking at your current setup. The output is a written report: what's working, what's not, and the highest-leverage fixes. No obligation, no sales call required.
After the audit, if it makes sense for both sides, we scope project work around what the audit surfaced. SQL warehouses, Power BI dashboards, AI workflows, scraping for external context, lead scoring, churn prediction. There is no productized tier menu. The work is shaped around what you actually need.
## How I work
Every engagement follows the same eight-stage delivery method. Audit, collection, analysis, infrastructure, reporting, AI and automation, scraping, AI implementation. Not every project touches every stage. See the [homepage](/) for the full breakdown.
## Background
Built and operated the full GTM stack for a Danish B2B software company. Outbound pipeline, inbound enrichment, content signal tracking, and a data warehouse pulling from twelve sources.
Built operations, sales, inventory forecasting, and financial dashboards for a European seed and agri-tech company on a Supabase + Power BI stack.
Before data: operations and growth roles across SaaS and service businesses. The mix is deliberate. I've sat on both sides of the dashboard, so I know what reports leadership actually opens and which ones get ignored.
## Where I'm based
