Where I found your address, and how to have it deleted

If you got an email from me, this page says what I hold about you, where it came from, and how to make me delete it.

I'm Rasmus Kampmann. I build stock, planning and finance systems behind Excel for seed and agriculture companies.

Who is responsible

RRK Solutions LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (filing ID 2025-001626451), 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Email: rasmus@consultingrasmuskampmann.com.

What I hold

About you: your name, job title, work email address, the company you work for, and the link to your public LinkedIn profile, as my contact database supplied it. About your company: public facts with their sources, such as its website, its filed accounts, its products and published news. I hold nothing about your private life, no home address and no other social accounts.

Where it came from

Your work address and title came from Instantly's business contact database, or from your company's own website where it publishes them. Facts about your company came from its own website, public company registers and filed accounts (Companies House, the Danish Business Authority, Sirene, the APHA seed register, the USDA Organic Integrity Database), its public job posts, published news, the public Meta Ad Library and Google Maps.

Why, and on what basis

To offer your company a service that fits a business problem it visibly has. The legal basis is legitimate interest (UK GDPR and EU GDPR Article 6(1)(f)): one short email to a business address about your work, at most two follow-ups, and a way to stop in every one. I have weighed that interest against your rights and kept a record of that assessment.

Who sees it

Only me, and the services I use to do the work, under their data processing terms: Instantly (finding and verifying addresses, sending email), Google Workspace (the mailbox), Microsoft 365 (OneDrive, where my records are kept), Apify (reading public ad and review pages about companies) and Anthropic (Claude, the AI assistant that helps me research companies and draft emails, and so reads these records). Working copies are also kept on my own computer. I do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.

Transfers

I am a US company, and these services store data in the US and the EU. Where your data leaves the UK or the EU, it is covered by the safeguards in each service's data processing terms, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its UK extension, or standard contractual clauses.

How long

A monthly clean-up deletes your name, title, address and profile link 12 months after my last email to you, or at the next clean-up after you ask me to stop or I decide not to contact you. It also removes your address from my send records and from Instantly. Draft emails and upload files are deleted 30 days after I write them, and backup copies of my records after 30 days. If you say no, I keep only your email address on a do-not-contact list, so I never write to you again, and a record that an email was sent on a date, without your name.

Your rights

You can ask what I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, ask me to restrict its use, and object to it being used for direct marketing at any time. Objecting always works: reply "no" to any of my emails, press Unsubscribe next to my name in your mail app, or write to rasmus@consultingrasmuskampmann.com.

You can also complain to your data protection authority: the ICO in the UK, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens in the Netherlands, the CNIL in France, IMY in Sweden, or Datatilsynet in Denmark.

No automated decisions about you

I score companies, not people, to decide whom to write to, and I read and approve every email myself. Nothing here produces a legal or similarly significant decision about you.
